Named after a mountainous region in Jacmel, Haiti, our Cap Rouge Chocolate is an aromatic medium-dark roast rich with the balance of all the sweet and bitter notes of milk chocolate. The deep red soil native to the Cap Rouge region was once used to grow Haiti’s gourmet coffee beans when Haiti was one of the world’s leading coffee producers. Every cup of our Cap Rouge Chocolate recalls the unique hints of chocolate native to Haiti’s rich soil and symbolizes the hope that Haiti will once more become the leading producer of premium coffees in the world.
